In the construction industry, there are mainly two methods to select the main contractor for the project: tendering and negotiation. ES QS Quantity Surveyors is using its considerable experience and knowledge of the market to provide contractor selection for our clients' projects. We also advise on the most suitable contractors from the selection taking into consideration all aspects of the project. In regards with tendering reporting, we check contractors and review their tenders. Then we either reply or interview tenderers so that we can discuss the specifics of the project. After that, we prepare our report to the client with recommendations. |
