TENDER AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTATIOn

We provide detailed Tender documentation together with Contract papers (form, condition, amendments) and pricing papers.

Tender documentation
One of the most important documents for many contractors and construction companies is Tender documents completed professionally and accurate. Our experience in completing Tender documents has many successful outcomes. The documents we prepare and present may include:
  • Invitation to tender letter;
  • The form of tender;
  • Preliminaries (pre-construction information);
  • Form of contract, contract conditions and amendments;
  • Tender pricing documents (i.e. Quantified Schedule of Rates, Bills of Quantities) or analysis of contract totals on build and design projects;
  • Specifications;
  • Guidance on suitability for tendering.

Contract documentation
Contract documentation commonly include Conditions of the contract, Agreement, Specifications and Drawings, where Specifications and Drawings are provided by the architect.

When the client is happy to go forward with the contract ES QS Quantity Surveyors will prepare all necessary Contract documentation including any agreed alterations (if any have been done post-tender). We complete bespoke Form of Contract and arrange it to be signed by both parties.
