We can produce an accurate and competitive Tenders and Estimates using specifications and drawings.
To prepare an explicit tender documentation we ask our client to provide us with a bill of quantities or work schedule with quantities. But if nothing can be provided, we can use specifications and drawings for proposed work to measure the volume of work, then we propose an accurate builders' quantities for calculating the cost of the project. This will be presented as a professional tender to our client which can be submitted further.
